A neighborhood
with a view of the sky.
A gated residential community with its own aviation atmosphere. Walk to the Fly-In Café, watch aircraft come and go, and enjoy the greenery and golf-course views. You don’t need to be a pilot to appreciate the setting.
Daytona Beach Shores, New Smyrna Beach, and Ponce Inlet are approximately 20–25 minutes away by car, depending on traffic and destination.
BEFORE YOU PLAN YOUR STAY
A few things to know.
A quiet home, with clear house rules
Up to six overnight guests. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 9 PM–8 AM. Visitors require advance approval, and the person making the reservation must stay at the home. Check-in is after 4 PM; checkout is before noon.
Pool, pond & wildlife
The pool is not fenced. Children must be closely supervised, and no one should swim alone. An alligator is known to visit the pond. Stay away from its edge, never feed or approach wildlife, and do not swim or wade in the pond.
Pets & service animals
Pets are not permitted. Service animals must be housebroken, under control, and never left alone in the home or on the property. Please keep them out of the pool and ask us for couch covers.
A little Florida nature
Insects and lizards are part of Florida’s warm climate. An occasional insect may find its way inside despite our efforts. Please keep exterior doors closed, including doors leading to the screened porch.
Arrival, cameras & the home
Use the north gate, which is open 24 hours. Community security checks arriving guests’ IDs. Exterior cameras monitor the front door and pool access walkways. The living room has a change in floor level. The fireplace is not operational, and there is no carbon monoxide alarm.

We like to stay in touch so check-in goes smoothly and you have what you need, while giving you space to enjoy your stay.
